But as with our other detox smoothie. We try to add flavor without sacrificing any nutrition. In fact you might be mistaken for thinking this is just a sweet mess of a smoothie. Packed with mandarins, bananas, dates and berries this blend comes off as deviously sweet.

However, this smoothie is actually an excellent and nutritious source for your daily vitamin and antioxidant needs.

But that’s just the start, this blend will prevent and treat sores, aches or sprains, reduce inflammation. Fight off wrinkles and improve your skin tone, and reduce blood pressure.

Ingredients

2 mandarins, peeled
1 banana (ripe or frozen)
1-2 dates
1/2 teaspoon fresh ginger, peeled
1 tablespoon goji berry powder
1/2 cup unsweetened milk (almond, soy, or dairy)
