Now here’s a blend of ingredients for you, that are all about clearing your skin and giving it a radiant and healthy glow. Even throughout the cold winter months or exceptionally dry summer days.

This is literally skincare in a glass and it tastes pretty go ta boot! Let’s start with the flavors going on here. After all that’s the part we have to put down our gullets.
You’ll be pleased to know there aren’t any offending tastes here. We got vanilla, banana, avocado, blueberries, cinnamon, spinach and almond butter. None so foul to do our taste buds harm. They come together quite nicely to create a smooth fruity blend.

Ingredients

1/2 cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
1 cup fresh spinach
1 medium ripe banana, peeled
1/2 ripe avocado, peeled and pitted
2 cups frozen blueberries
1 tablespoon ground flaxseed meal
1 tablespoon almond butter
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Almond milk is rich in Vitamin E, which your skin needs to protect it from free radicals. Avocados have antioxidants like vitamins C and E, which work to prevent fine lines and wrinkles.
Spinach helps promote the growth of new skin cells, this is where the glow comes from.

Each ingredient here has some beneficial properties for your skin, you get the idea. This is basically a skin cure all that is just perfect, I start and end my week with this smoothie.

Think of it as a skin care regimen. You make these at the same time daily for 2 weeks and you’ll seen your going to see your skin clear right up!
