The story behind it

At the risk of sounding like a two dollar politician, or a cheesy movie line. There are 2 types of smoothies in this world.

Healthy, and tasty. While some tasty smoothies have health benefits, they’re not exactly low in calories, sugar or even cholesterol.

Some smoothies are indeed incredibly healthy, and some are such while also tasting pretty good. What’s far less common though, is a smoothie that’s both incredibly healthy and absolutely mouthwatering!

This is one such smoothie. A unicorn of smoothies as it were.

Ingredients

1/2 red beet peeled and roughly chopped
1 cup strawberries
1/2 cup raspberries
1 ripe banana
1 teaspoon acai berry powder (optional)
1 teaspoon vanilla
pinch of salt
1 cup milk of choice)
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt use coconut yogurt if vegan
1 tablespoon dried goji berries

Why is it so good for you

With Banana, Milk, Greek Yogurt, Goji berries and vanilla. This is great for people who work out, as these ingredients contain everything your body needs to trim fat and build muscle.

Did we mention that all these flavors blend seamlessly. Its true, mix any two of them together and they’ll taste good. The same is true for any 3 way mix. You really can’t go wrong.

Speaking of ingredients. The berries and red beets are amazing at detoxing your body, while improving the functions of most of your organs.

That means more muscle, less fat & a clear system. All in a mix that is as healthy as it tastes!
