The story behind it

I don’t just mean good for your taste buds, which this absolutely is.

I mean this is seriously good, like legit rejuvenating! It’s a flavor and ingredient, that is often left out of the smoothie pool, which is a crime as far as I’m concerned.

Let me tell you a little bit about Guavas! Native to central America, but grown round the world. Guavas are actually one of the least chemically-treated fruits in the world. They are semi-sweet in flavor, and the extra derived from guava is used in many cosmetics today.

1 frozen banana
5-6 frozen strawberries, halved
¾ cup guava juice or nectar
8 ice cubes
1 cup low fat vanilla yogurt
2 teaspoons honey

As I was saying, this smoothie is amazing for your brain and body. Guava helps muscles relax and your brain de-stress.
