The story behind it

This recipe comes straight from my childhood, growing up in Las Vegas there was always a compote my dad would make on weekends in the summer.
While doing my smoothie research I stumbled upon a peach, strawberry & banana smoothie recipe, and I was instantly reminded of the fruity concoction of my youth.

So, I figured, why not try and blend it? The result was the same great flavor, but in a much easier to consume form!

Ingredients

¾ cup orange juice
1 banana
½ cup strawberries
⅓ can of sliced peaches (I prefer the sugary version)
½ can of sliced pineapple (optional, I always removed them from the compote)
½ cup of ice cubes
