Think of this blend as a healing tonic of the modern (smoothie) age! We got all the essentials of old timey medicine. Chamomile, Himalayan salt, and the optional mint leaves.

Each of these has been used for ages to treat a slew of medical conditions. They’re safe to consume, and are going to keep you from getting sick.

Ingredients

*serves 2-4
2 tablespoons loose chamomile tea
½ cup hot water
2 mangoes, peeled and cubed
(1) 13.5 ounce can full-fat coconut milk (refrigerated)
½ cup plain yogurt (dairy or plant-based)
¼ teaspoon pink Himalayan salt
¼ cup honey, plus more for drizzling
¼ cup mint leaves (optional)
