On days like these there’s nothing quite as satisfying as cooling down with a smoothie.

But with a straw it can go by a bit too fast and then you’re back to sweating like crazy. This summer bowl is ideal for really enjoying all the flavors. With the added benefit of toppings. Who doesn’t love toppings?

Ingredients

¾ cup frozen mango
¾ cup frozen pineapple
1 small banana
½ cup coconut water
¼ fresh mango
1 sliced kiwi
2 Tbsp. shredded coconut
