The story behind it

Getting in a healthy breakfast for yourself can be difficult enough. When you need to make breakfast for more than one, it’s damn near impossible.

This one is for the kids as much as it is for the adults!

This recipe is sure to please everyone with a refreshing taste, while still sneaking in plenty of healthy ingredients that make sure everyone is set for the day!

Ingredients

3 kiwi fruit
4 tablespoons organic porridge oats
1 banana
8 ice cubes
200 ml organic milk
250 g organic fat-free natural yoghurt
½ cm piece fresh ginger, finely grated
honey, optional

Kiwi, Banana, Milk and honey provide all the wonderful flavor you could want to start the day right! 
The oats will provide plenty of filling nutrients that’ll be sure to keep everyone full until their next meal. The ginger will go unnoticed in the taste, but will help prevent nausea, cramps, muscle pains. Ensuring no one gets hurt!

Preparation

Place the ingredients (except honey) in the blender and blend till smooth. Add honey and mix.
