The story behind it

et’s talk about carrots. Carrots are great for your health and they taste good too. So why is it we rarely have them? In smoothies we see plenty of berries, banana and greens. But so little love for our orange friends.

Carrots are complex in texture and flavor, and while they’re great it’s hard to incorporate them with other flavors, as their own is a dominant one. This is just one recipe to get you hooked on this magical vegetable.

Today we’re taking the carrot to a bold and new direction, mixing the distinct carrot flavor with tropical fruits to create a wonderfully complex flavor that is simply irresistible.

Ingredients

1 cup cold coconut water or regular water
