It couldn’t get any simpler, with only 4 ingredients. You can enjoy the vacation mainstay any time of the year, and while this is a non-alcoholic smoothie. You can easily add a shot of rum to keep it authentic, albeit instantly less healthy

Ingredients

2 cup frozen pineapple chunks (see note above about fresh)
1 cup coconut milk
1/4 cup sweetened coconut flakes
1/4 cup oats
