The story behind it

I know what you’re thinking, there’s no way THAT can be anything in approaching healthy! It’s not even in the vicinity of healthy! but that’s where you’d be surprised.

But I promise you that title is no lie. I’ll begin by admitting that I’m a Starbucks fiend, I can’t get enough of their “coffee”. Which is admittedly mostly coffee flavored sweet drinks. Unfortunately, my waistline doesn’t agree with my Starbucks addiction.

I looked for an alternative to satisfy my craving, and found numerous healthy alternatives. After some trial and error, and some changes of my own. I came up with a smoothie that comes super close to the flavor, but helps me slim down and not up!
